WHO? is a sound installation commissioned by the Taipei Fine Arts Museum Children's Art Education Center in 2015 for the thematic exhibition 'I Want To Dream'.

Targeted towards children and families, this installation features various objects displayed throughout a room as if in a thrift shop. Three microphones are set up for audience interaction. If a person speaks into a microphone, his/her words will be repeated after a short delay, in a different voice, and the sound will be coming from one or two of the objects on display.

Children have fun experiencing the simple wonders of vocal processing, as well as seeking out the toys who are talking back at them.
